Golden Palace in San Jose

We came to this restaurant for a meeting. This spot was recommended to us by a friend. Well, we were not disappointed. the crew were so friendly and we felt good. The meal was great. We had a great time and we will visit this place again. Keep it up.

Great Cantonese cuisine. Great service. Way better than the other Cantonese restaurants I tried in the area.

Affordable Chinese food, served quickly. The dishes are quite authentic, all the Cantonese favorites are on the menu. Try the chicken soup for starters. The vegetarian moo shu, fried shrimp basket, and chicken pot stickers are all great for entrée. The wait staff are very attentive, and happy to help.

The atmosphere is very lively and the food is very authentic. The taste is amazing. We ordered the pork spare ribs, sticky rice, pork shumai, and other dishes.

I celebrated my graduation yesterday in this excellent restaurant. happy to tell that we had a magnificent evening and the place was clearly one of the reasons for the outstanding event. The stuff cooperated in a very nice way, the cuisine was tasty and my buddies were very delighted. We shall definitely visit again for more events. thanks very much.

If you want dim sum without the wait, this is the place! Or maybe it's just cuz we arrived at an off time on super bowl Sunday... HahaAnyways, got the usual, shu mai, har gow, shrimp cheurn fung, silky tofu, lao sa baos, those little fried shrimpies with the mayo dip... Mmmm mayo dip.Anyways, food was fresh and everything arrived really quickly. Shu mai wasn't as good as some places, same with the lao sa baos - more dry and less salted egg yolks, but they're a good value for the lack of a wait and price tag.Service isn't great, but it's what's expected at a dim sum joint. Place is clean from what I could see (definitely wasn't looking too hard so I'm not disappointed haha). I'll come back though.

Surely a spot worth trying, the food is good and fresh, the rates are fair and it is consistently well organized in here. Keep up the good work.

Busy holiday brunch. Service is slow and not attentive. Dirty table. Food and price are decent.

Very good I will come back for lunch

I’ve always wanted to check out this place, and recently was able to twice! Parking is a bit crowded, but there is parking on the streets nearby too. Both times, I’ve been a part of larger dinner parties where we ordered their dinner packages, which were very good. The food here is Chinese cuisine that often reminds me of many similar restaurants in San Francisco that I grew up enjoying. You can’t go wrong with the quality of the food and it’s tastiness. Though the space is a bit dated in style, it is still relatively homely and clean. Their wait staff is helpful. I definitely recommend their dinner packages as it gives you quite a lot of tasty options.
